Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Atelier KAI packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
